Vinod Sharma speaks on Supreme Court's refusal to move 2002 riots case out of Gujarat

The Supreme Court today ruled that the trial of some of the crucial post-Godhra train carnage riot cases will not be transferred out of Gujarat and ordered the setting up of six fast track courts in the state. The court also ordered the establishment of six special fast track courts in Gujarat itself for trial of the 2002 riot cases.
