Watch | Delhi teen falls off balcony while throwing water balloons

CCTV footage shows a teen falling off a first-floor balcony while throwing a water balloon in Delhi's Shalimar Bagh area. 13-year-old Aarthav Jindal climbed atop the balcony railing to throw a balloon while playing Holi. He lost his balance and fell on the road while hitting his head against the pavement. Aatharv received severe injuries to his head, neck and spine but is presently out of danger.
