Six-year-old Braylon Beam is making waves in the United States after he was signed on as head coach by National Football League team Carolina Panthers on Tuesday. Beam is battling a tumour on his optic nerve. The football team took him on-board on a one-day contract after he appeared last month on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," where he said his goal was to one day coach the Panthers. Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & Western North Carolina and the Panthers, he will get that wish. Carolina president Danny Morrison on Tuesday visited Rock Springs Elementary School in Denver, North Carolina, where he surprised Beam with a one-day coaching contract.
