We have never abandoned Ram says Advani

India main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party, on Sunday asserted that the party never gave up its fight on the issue of Ram temple that has been a bone of contention and tension between Hindus and Muslims for years. Speaking at a rally in Nagpur, Lalkrishna Advani senior BJP leader said that the party never abandoned this particular issue. The BJP rose to prominence on the back of a Hindu revivalist campaign that sought the construction of a Ram temple on the site.
