IPL 2020: As CSK beat MI, Coach Fleming hails Sam Curran’s performance
Chennai Super Kings coach Stephen Fleming was all praises for Sam Curran's performance after CSK beat Mumbai Indians in the first match of IPL 2020. In four overs, Curran returned impressive figures of 1/28 while picking up the wicket of the dangerous looking Quinton de Kock, and displayed a cameo with the bat. “Sam Curran performance today was extremely positive. It was outstanding,” said Fleming. He also confirmed that Dwayne Bravo will miss few more matches of the 13th edition of IPL. While addressing the post-match press conference, Mumbai Indians pacer James Pattinson said that bowling first would be advantageous for them. “We were looking to bowl first, with the temperature being high at night time the ground does get a bit wet. So, there is an advantage in bowling first,” said Pattinson. Watch the full video for more.
