Islamic State’s new chief nabbed in Turkey; Erdogan to reveal details soon

Turkey has now claimed to have captured the new leader of terror organisation, Islamic State - Abu al-Hasan al-Hashimi al-Qurashi. As per Turkish news agency OdaTV, he was apprehended on May 26 in a top secret, joint operation led by Istanbul police and counter-terrorism units. If true, the new Islamic State caliph has been arrested just 2 months after taking over the reins. In February, Abu al-Hasan's predecessor was killed in a U.S.-led military operation in Idlib, a Turkey-dominated rebel bastion in north-western Syria. As per reports, the Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is expected to reveal details of the operation that resulted in Abu Hasan's capture. Watch this video for more details.
