This Indian scientist is working with the world’s most powerful telescope

Astrophysicist Manoj Puravankara and his team have been allotted a total of 66 hours with the James Webb Space Telescope to study stars in a way humans never could before. The telescope is able to see the farthest reaches of the universe, and some of the earliest stars. It can give scientists the origin theory humans have been seeking: How did the universe come to be? How did we get here? “I believe it’s all a single story,” Puravankara says. “And I can’t wait for the answers.”
