2 terrorists killed in fresh encounter in J&K’s Shopian after 3 dead overnight

A fresh encounter broke out in Feeripora area of Shopian district in Jammu and Kashmir. Two unidentified terrorists were killed in the encounter, informed J&K police. Security forces are currently engaging with terrorists in the area, informed police. The valley has seen a series of gun battles in the last few days. This comes after 5 soldiers were martyred in gunbattle with terrorists in J&K’s Poonch. The encounter with terrorists took place in Poonch district's surankote on Monday.
