Another Bharatiya Janata Party legislator quit the party and joined the Trinamool Congress in West Bengal. After Mukul Roy, Tanmoy Ghosh returned to his old party on August 30. Reacting to the news, BJP's Dilip Ghosh blamed TMC's 'intimidation' tactics. He accused the ruling party of hounding the MLA, filing cases against him, and making him live in fear till he defected.
