Former CEO of the NSE, Chitra Ramakrishna has been arrested by the CBI a day after a Delhi Court rejected her anticipatory bail plea. The Court in its observation has said that charges on Chitra are grave and she needs to be interrogative to dig out the truth. The Court also said that being at a top position in the NSE, there are strong chances that Chitra may influence or tamper with evidence. Chitra Ramakrishna is accused of grave lapses at India's largest stock market and sharing confidential information with a person she called 'Himalayan yogi'. Watch this video to know more.
