How PM Modi tore into opposition CMs for 'politicising' Ukraine evacuations

PM Modi slammed chief ministers of some states for ‘politicising’ the evacuation of Indians from Ukraine. PM Modi was addressing a parliamentary party meeting of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). PM Modi said the opposition made a desperate attempt to take ‘political advantage’ of the evacuation process. The comments came after EAM Jaishankar made a presentation on the government's efforts to evacuate Indians. PM Modi said the states ruled by opposition didn’t provide info about domicile residents trapped in Ukraine, said a party functionary.
