A full-blown conflict between the Russian military and Wagner Chief Yevgeny Prigozhin has erupted in Russia after a one-time aide of Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Moscow's troops of bombing his forces on the orders of defence minister Sergei Shoigu. Prigozhin said his fighters crossed the border into Russia from Ukraine and were prepared to go "all the way" against Moscow's military, hours after the Kremlin accused him of armed mutiny. The mercenary group is said to have entered the Russian city of Rostov where they have allegedly shot down a Russian military helicopter.
