Two of the three extremists who heckled Indian High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami in the UK have been identified. The two hecklers identified are Shamsher Singh and Ranveer Singh, both based in London. Out of this, Ranveer is a supporter of Babbar Khalsa terrorist Jagtar Singh Hawara. Terrorist Hawara was convicted as a conspirator in the assassination of former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh.
