Viral: 40 potholes on 1 B'luru Road angers netizens; Send ‘wake up’ call to BBMP

Monsoons and potholes in Bengaluru have now become synonyms. Nearly a month after the Karnataka High Court pulled up BBMP for not repairing roads, another video of potholes in the city has now gone viral. In the video, a biker is seen riding through multiple potholes, an experience the user who shared the video described as off-roading. Ankita Banerjee, while sharing the video on Twitter, wrote, “Off roading experience in Bengaluru! 40 potholes in a 200m stretch. @bbmpcommr any comments?” Soon after, the social media handle of the local task force of Mahadevapura thanked the user for highlighting the issue, adding the road is an encroachment and work is underway to recover the same.
