Viral: 55-yr-old Indian jawan does 65 push-ups in a minute in snow-capped Ladakh

A video of a 55-year old ITBP Commandant doing push-ups in snow-covered mountains has gone viral. In the video, Commandant Ratan Singh Sonal completes 65 push-ups at one go in just 1 minute 12 seconds. He completed the push-ups in a bone-chilling minus 30 degree celsius temperature at 17,000 feet. Indo-Tibetan Border Police shared the post on Twitter and wrote, ‘Push-ups at icy heights…’. Video left netizens in awe; social media users hailed the jawan for his feat in extreme weather.
