Day 3 of the Parliament's monsoon session continued to see disruptions in the form of MPs storming the well, shouting slogans and brandishing placards. Despite repeated appeals and admonitions by the Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, and Rajya Sabha chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu, the protests continued. Both the Houses had to be adjourned due to the fracas.
