Fear and panic have gripped non-locals and Kashmiri pandits in Kashmir Valley amid the spike in targeted killings. The fresh spate of terror attacks has triggered the migration of Kashmiri pandits and non-locals from the valley. This comes after two non-Kashmiris including a bank manager and a labourer were shot dead by terrorists in separate incidents yesterday.
