In the first Mann ki Baat since the dastardly terror attack in Kashmir, PM Modi condemned the incident and also vowed justice for the slain victims. Several gunmen opened fire in the Baisaran Meadow, kilometres from Pahalgam on April 22, killing 26 people, mostly tourists. Islamabad-backed terrorists claimed responsibility for the attack initially before denying any involvement.
