PM Modi delivers ironclad message from Knesset, declares India-Israel unity against extremism

In a historic visit to the Knesset, Narendra Modi was conferred with Israel’s “Speaker of the Knesset Medal,” the parliament’s highest honour, for transforming India–Israel ties into a strategic partnership. Modi reminded lawmakers he was “born the day India recognised Israel,” turning personal history into soft power. He invoked the memory of 26/11 Mumbai, spoke of peace, power and partnership, and invited young Israelis to discover India—from Ayurveda and yoga to innovation and AI.
