Russian President Vladimir Putin's aide Dmitry Medvedev launched a scathing attack on German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. Medvedev accused Olaf Scholz of plunging Ukraine into misery and helping revive Nazi ideology. He said Scholz should "get down on his knees and repent before Ukrainians" for lying to them. Medvedev accused Scholz of lying to Ukrainians about achieving victory against Russia. Dmitry Medvedev also said that Ukraine is under the manual control of the U.S. and NATO.
