Putin Blasts West; Says U.S. & France Tried To Sabotage Russia-Africa Summit; ‘All Attempts Failed…’

Moscow has accused the West of attempting to derail the Russia-Africa summit. Kremlin said the U.S. & France tried to coerce African states into skipping the Russia-Africa economic summit. Kremlin said the policies of the U.S., France, and other western states must be condemned. The Russia-Africa economic summit is currently underway in St. Petersburg.
