Putin reveals Ukraine's nuke ploy; Kyiv plotting Chernobyl ‘provocation’ with West claims Russia

Russia's Vladimir Putin administration has levelled a big charge against Ukraine. Moscow has accused the Ukrainian government of planning a Chernobyl "provocation.'' The Russian Defence Ministry has warned that Kyiv and its western backers are planning to accuse Russia of radiation contamination from the Chernobyl zone. Moscow says that the accusations will be part of a publicity campaign by Kyiv to sway global public opinion in its favour next week, when Russia's operation will enter its second year.
