NATO's newest member has taken a huge step against the bloc's so-called "boss," the U.S. Finland's Prime Minister has refused to place U.S. nukes on the country's soil. Petteri Orpo said that Helsinki sees "no need" to deploy elements of the U.S. nuclear arsenal. Finland has decided not to hammer its already strained ties with Russia anymore.
