Putin's men pound Kharkiv, Severodonetsk street fights; Kherson exit blocked

Vicious assault - Russia launched Iskander ballistic missiles towards Kharkiv the last 2 nights. The deadly Iskander boasts of high-explosive, submunition, earth-penetrator, thermobaric warhead. The deputy head of Moscow-installed admin in Kherson ruled out an immediate vote on joining Russia. The Russian forces are targeting the twin cities of Severodonetsk and Lysychansk. Severodonetsk remains the last major city not in Russian control in the region of Luhansk.
