Women wrestler Vinesh Phogat created history on Monday by becoming the first Indian woman wrestler to clinch a gold medal at the Asian Games 2018. She won the glittering gold medal by brushing aside her rivals with remarkable ease in the 50kg category. Vinesh defeated Japan's Yuki Irie 6-2 in the 50kg category to win the gold and take India's tally of gold medals to two at the 18th edition of the Asian Games in Indonesia. Sushil Kumar congratulated her on her victory.
