In the last few weeks, there have been at least 3 suicides of very young children. The latest is of a 16 year old from Class X in St Collumba's school who has clearly blamed his teachers for taking this extreme step. The video goes through official documents and statements to piece together what happened. It also has advice from a psychologist about what parents of teenagers should do, and who they should seek if their ward's school doesn't respond to their complaints. NCPCR has the authority to summon schools, conduct inquiries and issue directions. Their site also tells you what each school should have as mental health support systems. Do watch and equip yourself to be alert and protect your young ones.
