Days after a gift from Ukraine to Poland's top cop exploded and sent him to hospital, many questions remain unanswered. The Polish commander and a civilian employee were injured when the explosion took place at the police headquarters in Warsaw. The top policeman said that the blast in his office was caused by a grenade launcher and that he had received two of the weapons as a gift from Ukraine. Investigations are underway in Poland and reports say that Warsaw has demanded an explanation from Kyiv over the incident.
