U.S Air Force grounds F-35s; Super Hornet, European Typhoon fleets also affected

The United States Air Force has grounded the fleet of F-35 jets temporarily. Potentially faulty part in the ejection seat could endanger pilots in an emergency. The issue involves explosive cartridges inside military aircraft ejection seats. The Typhoon (European airframe) & U.S F/A-18 Super Hornet fleets also affected.
