Yemen-based Houthis have made a big announcement amid fears that they will target submarine internet cable. Chief of Houthi Rebels said the group does not intend to sabotage underwater internet cables. Abdulmalik Al-Houthi dismissed reports alleging Houthis’ intention to target sub & internet cables.
