The Ukrainian president's adviser has made an insulting statement against Indians. Advisor Mykhailo Podolyak said India and China have weak intellectual potential. He claimed the two nations are unable to analyse the impact of their stand on the Ukraine war. Not just that, Podolyak even mocked India's lunar mission, Chandrayaan-3.
