Manipur: Another Commando Killed In Renewed Violence; State Govt Seeks Centre's Help

The death toll in the fight between security forces and militants in Manipur has gone up. A second Manipur police commando has died amid renewed violence in Moreh. The commando who died late Wednesday was identified as Takhellambam Saileshwore. The first commando to be killed was 32-year-old Wangkhem Somorjit Meetei. Two other commandos, both critically injured, have been airlifted to the capital, Imphal. The commandos came under heavy fire on January 17, near the Myanmar border. Watch this report for more.
