On Cam: Speeding SUV plows into Wisconsin Christmas parade; several dead

Several killed after a vehicle sped through a Christmas parade in Wisconsin's Waukesha. The SUV bowled over at least 20 people including a group of young dancers waving pompoms. Waukesha Police Chief Dan Thompson said a person of interest was in custody. Thompson added that the suspect vehicle had also been recovered after the incident. A video showed a red SUV plowing through the parade, appearing to run over a dozen people. Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers said he was praying for those 'affected by this senseless act’. Visuals on Twitter showed police cars, ambulances crowding a street decked with Christmas lights. The police chief said it was not known whether the incident was related to terrorism.
