Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced the date by which Moscow's nukes will be in Belarus. Putin said, "Russia will begin moving tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus next month." Construction of facilities for Russian nuclear weapons in Belarus will be "completed by July 7-8." The big announcement was made during Putin's meeting with the Belarusian president in Russia. Putin has stated earlier that Moscow will use nukes if Russia's territory is under threat. The latest and biggest nuclear threat from Putin comes as Ukraine attacks Russian cities.
