Russian President Vladimir Putin has once again snubbed Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu. Russia is all set to host talks on the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza on February 29 in Moscow. Russia has invited Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Palestinian Liberation Organisation among other from the Middle East to attend the event. Earlier, Russia also extended an open invitation to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to visit Moscow. However, the Kremlin hasn't invited Israel for talks. Watch for more details.
