Russia To Rain Cluster Bombs On Ukraine? Putin's Defence Chief Threatens Over U.S. Move

Russia has threatened to use cluster bombs in Ukraine if the United States goes ahead with its plan to arm Kyiv with the banned munitions. Russia defence minister Sergey Shoigu said that Russia is in the possession of "similar weapons" and would be forced to use them against Ukrainian forces if the U.S. sends cluster bombs to Ukraine.
