Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) mouthpiece Al-Azaim Media has lashed out both Afghan Taliban and Pakistan Taliban. The 133-page ISKP-linked booklet accuses Pakistani Taliban of being an Indian proxy. The TTP is an ally of Afghan Taliban which is at war with the Islamic State Khorasan Province. The ISKP, until now, had a soft stance towards the TTP. The ISKP claim is somehow in sync with the claims of Pak government and Army vis-a-vis the TTP.
