Ukrainian MP Mariana Bezuglaya claimed that an F-16 crashed after being hit by a US-made Patriot anti-aircraft missile system during Russia's attack on August 26. Bezuglaya blamed the discoordination between the units of the Ukrainian military behind the crash. Meanwhile, Kyiv has set up a special commission to investigate the cause of the F-16's crash.
