Win for Modi govt amid Russia-U.S. war on oil; Biden govt won’t sanction India

The U.S. has now clarified that it is not looking to sanction India for continuing to purchase Russian oil. Senior U.S. diplomats claimed that the India-U.S. relations are most consequential and that they were comfortable with India's adjustment with Russia. This comes two days after Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said that India will play market card, to buy oil from wherever it gets cheaper. Watch this video for more details.
