EU Troika says relations with India dynamic

The German Foreign Minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, said after a meeting of the EU-Troika with India in Berlin on Thursday that projects with India were developing dynamically. External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said that India which has had atomic weapons for several years, would seek to reassure the global powers on concerns of nuclear proliferation.
