India, Canada sign civil nuclear agreement

Breaking new grounds in their bilateral relationship, India and Canada on Sunday signed a civil nuclear cooperation agreement. Secretary of department of India Atomic Energy, Srikumar Banerjee signed the agreement with Lawrence Cannon, Canada's Foreign Minister in the presence of Prime Ministers Manmohan Singh and Stephen Harper.
