Indian PM reaches Russia for twin submits

PM Manmohan Singh landed in Russian city of Yekaterinburg on Monday to participate in the dual summits of the Brazil-Russia-India-China grouping and the six-nation Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Indian Prime Minister arrives Russia to attend twin summits. A fuller meeting of SCO leaders and observer nations will take place on Tuesday. Brazil, Russia, India and China will hold a separate BRIC summit on Tuesday after the SCO meeting.
