Shooting of three muslim students should be investigated as hate crime: Family

The older sister of one of the victims of Tuesday's triple homicide in North Carolina, USA said her family is urging authorities to investigate the killings as a hate crime. Suzanne Barakat said her younger brother, 23-year-old Deah Barakat, and the second victim, his 21-year-old wife, Yusor, were married only six weeks ago. The third victim was Yusor's 19-year-old sister, Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha.Police say a long-running parking dispute was behind the shooting, which occured at a condominium complex near the University of North Carolina campus. Craig Stephen Hicks, 46, was charged with three counts of first-degree murder.
