Zelensky’s Black Sea war boomerangs? NATO member summons Ukraine envoy after ships hit near Russia

Türkiye summoned Ukraine’s ambassador, Naryman Dzhelialov, after two Turkish-operated commercial vessels were struck near the Russian Black Sea port of Tuapse. Ankara said it conveyed its reaction to Kyiv and stressed the “absolute need” to protect people, property, navigation and the marine environment in the Black Sea.
