Thousands reported a LinkedIn outage Monday morning, mainly in the US, with Down Detector logging over 2,000 user issue reports.
Thousands are reporting an outage with LinkedIn on Monday morning, mostly in the US. Down Detector, a platform that tracks such outages based on user's data, shows that more than 2000 users in the US reporting issues with LinkedIn.

As of 12:23pm ET, 2005 users reported an outage with the professional social networking platform.

The outage lasted till around 12:48pm EST.

42% reported issues with the website, 28% with the feed or timeline, and 21% with the app. The outage was brief, and LinkedIn has not issued an official response on what caused it.
Additionally, the outage seemed to affect LinkedIn users in the US, primarily, as similar outages were not reported in other countries on Down Detector.
The map on Down Detector showed that in the US, the east and the west coaches were primarily affected. Austin, Atlanta, and Miami were some southern cities from where users reported issues with LinkedIn.
LinkedIn has around 250 to 257 million members from the US, usage data analysis on Business Of Apps shows.
