SEOUL: North Korean state media said on Tuesday it had successfully carried out a ground test of a new high-power rocket engine at its Sohae satellite-launch site. North Korea’s space programme is focused on developing launch vehicles that can be used for missiles rather than satellites, said a scientist at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute.
