60 Taliban men confirmed dead in Afgan boat capsize
According to reports, all those aboard are Taliban who were killed when the makeshift boat sank in a river in southern Afghanistan.

About 60 fleeing Taliban guerrillas were confirmed dead after their makeshift boat sank in a river in southern Afghanistan, the defence ministry said in Kabul on Sunday.
"According to reports we received, all of them aboard were Taliban and were killed," defence ministry spokesman General Mohammad Zahir Azimi said.
He said on Saturday that the ministry is investigating the identity of those who drowned in the boat that sank on Friday.
