At least six people have been killed and as many injured in a road accident in southeastern Peru.

At least six people have been killed and as many injured in a road accident in southeastern Peru.
The accident occurred on Sunday when a bus collided with a truck on the South Pan American Highway between the towns of Palpa and Ica, Spain's EFE news agency reported.
The injured have been admitted to a hospital in Palpa, and the conditions of some are stated to be critical.
In another accident at Paijan in Trujillo province, seven people have reportedly been injured, police said.
