Earthquake measuring 5.4 on Richter scale felt across Nepal

Minor tremors were felt across Nepal on Friday morning due to an earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale that had its epicenter in north Tibet. No loss of life or damage to property has been reported. HT Correspondent reports.

Minor tremors were felt across Nepal on Friday morning due to an earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale that had its epicenter in north Tibet. No loss of life or damage to property has been reported.

According to data released by United States Geological Society, the quake occurred at 10:45 NST and its epicenter was in Western izang in Tibet, which is 165 kilometres east-north-east of Kathmandu.
