Police spokesman Kjeld Nedergaard says the quake rattled homes and buildings as it shook the west coast of Jutland late on Friday. He said on Saturday that aside from a few cracks on buildings, no serious damages have been reported.

The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre says the quake had its epicenter in the North Sea, around 90 miles (143 kilometers) west of the northern Danish city of Aalborg.
