Web has seen it all! A Japanese man committed suicide live on the internet after his chat room egged him on, the Telegraph reported. The 24-year-old unidentified man had been discussing his intention to kill himself with members of a chat room from his apartment.

Apparently, the man was encouraged by some users to stream his suicide online. While some desperately tried to stop him, others merely egged him on. Many viewers thought they were watching a hoax and even asked him hurry up and get it over with.
Initially he tried to hang himself on the balcony of his flat but after a failed attempt he tried to hang himself in his room.
By the time police reached his apartment, he was already dead.
